Bali is the most popular island holiday destination in the Indonesian archipelago.
The island is home to an ancient culture that's known for its warm hospitality. Exotic temples and palaces set against stunning natural backdrops are some of its top attractions. Bali, the famed Island of the Gods, with its varied landscape of hills and mountains, rugged coastlines and sandy beaches, lush rice terraces and barren volcanic hillsides all providing a picturesque backdrop to its colorful, deeply spiritual and unique culture, stakes a serious claim to be paradise on earth. With world-class surfing and diving, a large number of cultural, historical and archaeological attractions, and this is one of the world's most popular island destinations and one which consistently wins travel awards. Bali has something to offer a very broad market of visitors.
Sharing his passion and experience are the goals of Patrice Delmotte in presenting the “Art of Photography Workshop” at the DEA Villas Bali or his Taipei studio.
Any kind of camera, even smartphone, is welcome as he gives priority to photographic and artistic aspects: - How to compose shots indoors and outdoors - How to use different light styles including chiaroscuro (in studio and with natural light) - How to catch the right movement or moment - How to direct a model effectively - How to select your photos from your image roll and - How to edit your photo in Photoshop by correcting small defects, managing colors or black & white, and printing requirements - How to present your images for your own collection or gallery. |

DEA VILLAS BALI
Four glorious residences – two 4-bedroom, one 3-bedroom and a 1-bedroom villa – make up the Dea Villas estate, an exclusive enclave five minutes from Berawa Beach and only 15 minutes from the buzz of Seminyak. Each is secure in its own garden with pool and outdoor pergola or balé, and enjoys shared gym, spa, and children’s playground facilities. Each has its own character and style, from ultra-contemporary to whimsical heritage chic, enriched with hi-tech facilities including home theatre systems. Best of all, they can be rented separately or together, meaning Dea Villas can accommodate guests in many combinations, from a honeymooner couple to two families in adjoining villas, right up to 30+ residential guests for a wedding celebration.
